BIG BROTHER FANS

Hey Everyone and a Big HEY to the Big Brother fan's.

I must say that I am a bit sad today bc I was unable to watch BB last night due to a storm that came through last night. Actually a bad storm came through.....tornado's and all. Thankfully as of now they do not have any fatalities just a good amount of damage. So because of the storm, our cable was out and therefor I missed BB. They played it at 3 a.m.......and some folks have to work so we were snoozing away.

Thank goodness for Computers and technology. I have been on hamsterwatch.com catching up on what I missed. JEFF and JORDAN kissed!!!! YAAAY! I must say this excites me. Jeff and Jordan are my favorites. Totally cute.

I know Jordan may not be the brightest crayon in the box....but what you see is what you get. Jeff does not seem to have a problem with her silly comments. He's actually protective. I am voting for Jeff and Jordan and hope they make it to the end......Because without them the show will not be the same.

STELLAN

I want to start out by saying....some of you may follow MckMama's blog or you have seen me comment about her blog and/or adorable children. Or maybe you have read my "Not me Monday's" (MckMama started the fun Monday topic) well if you have or havent please go visit MckMama's blog.

Stellan, MckMama's youngest miracle was not suppose to survive but he has beat the odds. Well God had different plans for this little boy. Stellan has suffered highs and lows in his lifetime which hasnt been very long. Stellan is needing our prayers more today than yesterday or last week. So if you could take a minute out of your day and get on your knees or even bow your head for atleast one minute and send a prayer out for this little boy. Please pray for Peace and comfort as well...I know Jennifer, his mom is falling apart as she tries to stay strong for her family and baby. I know God is with Stellan and holding his body through every high and low he faces. I truely believe that Mckmama and the Mck family can feel the prayers and the Lord around them. So please just take a minute for this family.

Crafty craft

I LOVE a good craft every once in a while. Im one of those that will see something I like and I always say "I bet I can make that". haha! So here in the next week or so I have some fun crafts I have been working on to show yall! Between painting furniture, canvases, and "vamping" up some boring lampshades. Yes I sound like I have too much time on my hands, but im really not sure where I find the time.

I want to share with yall my newest painting!! When I was in College, my room was bright pink and green. As for pictures, I had two pretty big Marilyn Monroe pics. Well now my room is more of a chocolate and blue theme with some cremes and greens. Above my Tv is still the same old Marilyn pic from college and needless to say she just doesnt flow with my room decor anymore. So....its time to retire Marilyn. I decided to make my new picture that will go above my tv. I finished it Sunday and I must say I am pleased with my outcome. Now the pics I have so far are from when I was working on it so this is not the final product. I actually put a brown wash over the green background and I purchased a frame half off from Hobby Lobby to put around the canvas. I will try to get a final product picture tomorrow to share. So here is my new artwork!

This & That

Wow I have been MIA for a while and don't even know where to start on this blog. I guess Ill start by saying Happy late 4th of July and I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer!! I know I am but at the same time its flying by. lets see I had a friend get married, one engaged, one moved and another pregnant. So I have been a busy bee! I wont bore you with stories this post but I will overload you with some pics of my summer so far! :)

One of my beautiful besties Catherine married her best friend David Nail in Nashville Tn. The wedding was seriously the most beautiful one I have ever seen. Catherine and David are soul mates and it shows. I'm so lucky to have been apart of their day. Love y'all!

One of my other Besties is having my little Nephew next month. We threw her a great baby shower....Ill post pics once I upload them. I will however give you a sneak peak of Brooks Graier (cute name huh?)

I think he looks just like his mommy! He looks like his daddy too! Between his mommy and Daddy he is guaranteed blond hair and blue eyes! I cant wait to hold and love on him.

Last but not least, I just got back from a week vacay in Sandestin Fl. It has been tough getting back in the working routine after a wonderful week at the beach.
